We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any content or conduct that sexualizes, exploits, abuses, or endangers minors (‘Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation’ or ‘CSAE’), including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any attempt to use the App to contact, solicit, or arrange to meet a minor for a sexual purpose.
This applies regardless of whether the content is real, simulated, or fictional. We use a combination of automated detection, human review, and user reports to identify and act on suspected CSAE. Any account, content, or communication identified as CSAE will be immediately removed and the associated account permanently suspended without prior notice, and we reserve the right to take these actions on the basis of a good-faith suspicion alone.
We report apparent CSAE to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where required or appropriate, and we cooperate with law enforcement and relevant regulators in the investigation and prosecution of such conduct, including preserving relevant data as required by applicable law.
If you encounter content or behaviour on the App that you believe endangers a minor, please report it immediately using the in-App reporting tools or by emailing us at support@jungla.app with the subject line ‘CHILD SAFETY’; we treat these reports as urgent.
